Process Mapping

Process Mapping is a great tool for visualizing the steps in how work actually gets done.

From the process map delivered you can use it to:

  1. Train new employees
  2. Understanding how and why work performed differs from planned.
  3. Ensure resources, like equipment and skill sets, are allocated based on the process (no more of the "oh I forgot that" or "we can make this do" when you arrive on the job site)
  4. Understand how different groups get the work done differently to better manage risk
  5. Automate processes and better allocate employees to meaningful work

Pair with Continuous Improvement to improve the process.
